BRING DOWN THE FUEL TANK.. ITS VERY EASY TO CHANGE THE HARD WORK IS TO BRING THE TANK DOWN... CHECK FUEL PRESSURE FIRST.. COULD BE DIRTY FILTER

I would be checking the anti theft system and auto shut down relay before pulling the fuel pump.
