I have a 1999 plymouth breeze the horn keeps blowing I took out the fuse.do I need to buy a whole steering colum or just the horn

Are you saying the horn blows when you turn the steering wheel ?
Could be the horn pad on the steering wheel, or a wiring problem in the column.

Horn does not work. Have replaced horn relay & fuse and it still isn't working. Please advise

Check to make sure that horn is connected at the steering wheel.
Remove the portion of the wheel that you push to activate the horn
and reconnect the wire. If that doesn't work check connections at
the horn(s).

Car horn wont work

The horn relay is probably the culprit. It should be located under the hod, inside a plastic cover, housing the relays & breakers. Locate the horn relay, (it should be labeled), and check for constant 12 volts to it with the key in the on position. If you have power there check for power at the other input terminal when the horn ring is depressed. If you have power, then replace the relay.

Horn does not work on 1999 plymouth breeze any suggestions why?

Need to check for either a 12V feed at one of the horn terminals with an assistant pressing the horn button. May be an earthed switch so if no 12V then switch your multimeter to resistance (ohms) and check same wire/s for earth when assistant presses button.

How can I open my horn case? My c is a plymouth breeze 99 an my horn don't stop to horn and turn left or right I remove the fuse but now I need open the horn case to check if any cable is not crssed to put...

Patty,

Do not attempt to get into the steering wheel. The safely airbag enclosed in the steering wheel is armed and can trigger. It has the potential of severely hurting you if triggered.
Only a qualified technician or your dealer can correct the issue.

Thank you for asking instead of proceeding to fix it.
Best regards to you.

#1 the horn will not blow from the stiring wheel button. #2 the cruise control will not turn on. I have checked the fuze (2) locations.the panic button activates the horn.

There is a push relay under the steering padding. Could be stuck. If the fuse is good to the cruise control, the module is usually bad.

Horn donst work

if your horn isnt working it is probably fuse related. the fuses to check are the horn fuse and possibly the courtesy fuse. If the fuses are good, then you likely are having it short out somewhere else as I doubt that as new as the car is the horn would go bad.
