On my 1999 plymouth breeze 2.0 sohc. it cranks but wont start. Relays , fuses are good. But i dont hear the fuel pump

First key on you should hear pump run a couple seconds if you think it's the pump have someone crank it over and another pound on the fuel tank this sometimes makes the pump motor start to run, if it does that may be enough for you to drive to a shop for a new fuel pump.

Plymouth breeze just changed cps still not wanting to start

To begin with, the "suggested" answers you might see at the bottom of the screen are not always answers for your question or car.
When you turn the key on, you should be seeing all of the warning lights as a bulb check.
If not, the gauges fuse could be out, or a wiring problem, or an issue with the key switch. The check engine light is powered thru the computer so the computer fuse could be out.
Based on what you have said, I would check the key switch first.
You may need to get a book to have all of the wiring diagrams.

1999 plymouth neon fuses

Start by checking for a wire shorting to ground if that checks good you will need to go thru the circuit and check the amp draw at each component, fuel pump, ignition coil, ect. until you find the bad part

I have a 97 plymouth breeze with a 2.0

The fuel filter is bolted to the top of the fuel tank, you need to lower the entire tank a few inches for access.
There are many reasons the car dies while driving, I assume it when it has warmed up. Could be fuel pump issue or a sensor is overheating. Does the check engine light come on?
