Headliner how to clean

I would call and ask a detail specialist that does it often so you don't use the wrong product or cleaning method without causing damage to the material. Some products will stain and leave a residue where applied so test an area that is inconspicuous and only use a small amount and a microfiber cloth with cold or lukewarm water and gently rub the stained area to release the material then let dry. Good luck!

Easy and safe way of cleaning oil residue off underside of car from a chronic leak

Try Purple Power, can get it at most auto parts stores. I use it to clean my garage floor where oil has dripped, clean my truck engine, mower engine, spray it on, let it set a minute and water hose it off. I even use it to cut grass staine on mower deck. hope it works jim

What's your problem?need to remove smoke odors from car

there are several types of sprays to clean interriors. one is for carpets and fabric other type is for plastic other is for leather or vynil.

first of all you need to clean interriors by sweeping it with vacuum cleaner and with water and natural soap. do not use lots of water since you will need to dry it later.

after cleaning interrior you need to proper liquid to clean related surface and wiping it with a soft quality cloth.

in general fabric surfaces like top lining and seats and carpets require two pcs of sprays(multi purpose interrior cleaner). if you seats are leather covered you need leather contidioneer. after cleaning fabric and leather. use plastic cleaner in pressureized spray cans. after wiping off all left cleaning agents, clean windows with only alcohol with a microfiber cloth.

this will take normally 1 to 2 hours. use gloves.

We have an 09 Equinox and the seats are made of material that stains even with water, we have tried cleaning the water spots but the leave a stain.

you must spray some scott's fabric guard on these seats. it will keep it from getting stains. i have used it on all my car seats for over 15 years. it relally works.

I find that the seats do not clean very well there a secret to cleaning this "material" without leaving water spots or stains

if they are cloth cleaning them is very tough, i usually get a profecional to do it but if its not so bad you can rent out a carpet cleaning machine from your local supermarket or hardware store, it works quite well on car seats and carpet
