Yes they are two different circuits and two different fuses.
The fuse location should be in your owners manual.

First check for a blowin fuse for them. If the fuse is good ,You need to change the signal light flasher.

Where are all relay that run brake lights


these don`t use relays in their systems.they have a fuse,brake switch,and it works with the signal switch system,wiring.you don`t say what your problem is.

Does any lights on the right side work? It sounds like the ground connection to the assembly is loose.
