I am trying to find a 'Chime Unit' for my Dads 1985 Oldsmobile Toronado Brogham with Headlight Sentinal. The vehicle ran fine but there was a current drain on the battery with the power turned off...

Hi Fiftie4.
I would suggest going to a salvage yard that has a Toronado with the dash still in it and remove the Door Chime Module yourself, pay for it on your way out. They are not gonna take the time to pull a part that might sell for only a few bucks. If you call the salvage yard and ask them if they have the Chime module they will tell you they don't have it because they don't want to be bothered pulling a part that isn't worth the money ( most salvage yards) or their time to pull it. Hope this helps.
