some Independent shops can program the new keys to the ignition as well. I did find it cheaper to have it done at the dealership.

Electronic ignition clicks really fast wont light and finally shuts off What is the problem with our Duke E101GV

The ignition module is energized solely by the thermostat output. When the tstat satisfies, all power is removed from the module. The pilot and the main burners go out.
When the module trials for ignition, it must prove pilot flame and then turns on the main burner. If it doesn't sense the pilot for some reason, it also disables the pilot solenoid valve.
If the pilot comes on and stays on, but main burner doesn't come on, there's several possible problems:
  • Faulty ignition module
  • Faulty main burner solenoid valve
  • Faulty wiring between the module and valve
  • A gas blockage at the main burner
All this under the assumption that the main burner is correctly installed.

03 malibu wont start

If when you turn the key to start an the engine spins but doesn't start , it has to be missing fuel or spark . Do you know how to test for these ? If not your best bet would be to have it towed to a qualified repair shop .

Recheck the engine trouble codes (reset any in history), then try to start it again. Check any new trouble codes - probably an ignition module or ECM problem.

Put in a over the counter ignition switch would this make my car not to start

It is possible that the run position for the new barrel is not allowing the switch to make contact to allow the run circuit to work. TRy moving the lock a little after firing and see if there is another position the allows the engine to run. It that is the case get a lock for the car from the wreckers.

Pu t in new coil and distrubtor cap and rotor put in new electronic module not firing wont start

No spark at the spark plug? It may be the pick-up coil inside the distributor. This is the sensor that tells the computer the engine's crank position.
If the ignition switch is good, you should have power at the coil's + terminal when key is on. You might check for that.
