go to a parts store they will put them on free and they know the size. or you can take them of an use a measureing tape and measure them duh.

if this is a 4.7l engine, the valve is on the left rear of the intake. loosen the 8mm bolts that hold the egr intake tube to the egr valve, remove the egr bolts, disconnect wiring, remove valve and tube together, attach intake tube loosely to new valve, install new valve, tighten tube bolts to egr using a swivel socket, this is not a 5 minute job, so dont attempt unless you have some time and patience.

The p0300 What does that mean?
Basically this means that the the car's computer has detected that not all of the engien's cylinders are firing properly.
A P0300 OBD DTC code indicates a random or multiple misfire. If the last digit is a number other than zero, it corresponds to the cylinder number that is misfiring. You might have an interconnection problem. I hate these problems, they can be really tough. I had something similar that turned out to be a bad ground connection, but you said that "Relay in box under hood is good and has 12.5 volts going to 1 post"... well OK, good, but then you said "switched the Relays around and everything else worked fine"... well OK, but if it didn't work fine before, you may have a bad relay or maybe a bad connection, so swap them back and see what happens to help isolate the problem. You also said "Ran hot to fan and it works", well in that case, it's not a ground connection at the fan, but still could be further back. It could be bad relay. Good luck to you on that one... as I said... I really hate these kinds of problems. Try to get hold of a wiring diagram if you haven't already. This problem is going to take some patience, but you’ll find it.
