Hi,

Could you tell me if any codess flashed up on your dash.

It would be and engine or MIL light on the dash.....
If you could tell me this it will help narrow the fault down alot.

Let me know.

In the mean time, check your battery is fully charged and not faulty, it could be just coincidence that this has happened now.

Let me know what you find.

What size belt do i need to bypass ac compressor o a 99 chrysler town & country?

I wouldn't because you need the defrost to work while in Rain with windows up or in the winter. Good luck with finding measurement for mini-van. Not many people void them.

My oil light suddenly goes on & makes noise- the 1999 Town & Country stalls once in a while-what could be the problem?

Could be time for a new van.
The oil light is warning the driver engine oil pressure has dropped below 10 psi, not necessarily that the engine is low on oil.
Common causes for low oil pressure is a faulty oil pump or screen, or worn engine parts.
The fact you are also adding coolant and you don't see any external leaks sounds like the engine is reaching the end of its life.

No heat when van is runing but bewfor eveything works fine

Check you coolant level! If the level is good you may have a stuck thermostat which is available at you local parts store. Some of these are easy to replace and some are a bear. You also may want to check you coolant to see if you have the proper mixture of anti-freeze. If you have too little anti-freeze in your system it may be freezing up.

My 99 Chrysler Town & Country Van Belts are squealing. When I turn on the van it does it loud. And I just got the belts done a couple of months ago. Can you guys help

Try to spray some Anti-Squeal belt dressing on the belt and see if that helps, if not you must likely have a pulley or tensioner thats going bad.

I cannot start my 1997 chrysler town & country minivan. When I try to start it I get a "alarm set" reading. It starts for a minute then cuts off. HELP. I AM STRANDED.

I have a 97 Chrysler Town & Country Van with 104000 miles on it. The past two months the van will not start and run after driving for a while. Let it set for about an hour and it will start and run fine. When it does not want to run it will start and run for about 5 seconds then quit. During this time the dash instruments will not display but the radio, windows, and lights work just fine. The battery was replaced with in the past month so I don' t think that is the problem. Any seggestions?
