Question about 2000 Ford Windstar
Its a confirm loose connection is dash.the wires got bit moved and needs to be wiggled to get reconnected. And it got reconnected while the car was running and it started working. In some cases the dash lights and other functions stops working after the car gets warmed up but then starts after it cools down. Also the short has to be checked in both the headlight and dimmer switch in dash. But as the problem is solved for now ,but if it repeats then first check the switches then check the wirings.Just check out for any loose wire getting out of its connection. The wires are at the back of dash it has to be removed to check the wires. Thanks. Keep updated for any more query. You can rate this solution and show your appreciation.
