If this an intermitent problem, couldn't be a fuse problem, I bet that this is a wires harnesses problem, some wire in bad condition or a window switch go to bad (can included the window motor in the inspection).

Hello Defjlf.

It is mounted on the passenger side at the bottom of the heater box just above where the passengers feet would be. The motor will be mounted in vertical.
On the Town & Country you may need to remove the hush panel to see it.
You may need to be a flexible person to work under there but it isn't too bad to change.
If you need further advise on this, please ask me here in a comment. Be glad to help.

Look for a blown fuse or bad relay for the a/c in the front fuse box. If replacing fuse and it blows again, then there is a short circuit on the load side of the fuse which goes to the a/c compressor clutch. If fuse ok, try another relay to replace the possible bad a/c unit. The engine computer controls this relay. It also receives air temperature sensor reading from cold air path.
