If it's the fuel pump fuse that's blowing, you will need to check the wiring to the fuel pump. You might have a wire that might have rubbed on metal causing a dead short circuit. Visually check the fuel pump wires for burns or missing insulation or a power wire touching ground, Good luck, Gary

Replaced fuel filter and pump and car is still acting like it aint getting gas

Does the fuel pump have a fuse?
Carefully pour a little gas in throttle body to see it problem could be clogged injectors. Engine will run rough but keep going.
Harder- check fuel pressure to see if the regulator is too low.
Normal is 40-45 psi.
Check injectors with ohm meter should read 13 ohms. This test involves removing the plenum and unplugging the wires.
I do this one at a time to prevent switching the wires to wrong injector.

1997 GMC Sierra, I keep blowing the ECM 1 fuse, I replaced Fuel Pump relay and Fuel Filter. Does the ECM 1 Fuse Pump the Fuel Pump, also disconnected the Fiter turned on the key and no fuel.

ecm1 is injectors not fuel pump ecm-b is fuel pump its more likely to be a faulty relay for the injectors, it would be a similiar design to this
12900_oil_sending_unit_and_fuel_pump_circuit_80-yoo05im5qhid2i2poe1uh03c-5-0.gif this is for the fuel system, relay for the injector is nearly the same.

Fuse keeps blowing!

The fuel injection fuse should also power the injectors. If the fuse is blowing, I would think one of the injectors has shorted to ground.
Have you checked them ?

96 Lumina 3.1 won't start. It runs when I spray starting fluid in the throttle body. It has 42psi fuel pressure at the fuel rail. Is it bad injectors?

It is not bad injectors, it is lack of injector electrical pulse, never would all the injectors fail at once. See if you have 12 volts (use a 12 volt probing test light, avail at any auto parts store for less than $5) to one wire of the two wire connector of each injector with the ignition key in run position. If the test shows no hot wire at the injector connectors then check fuses marked ECM1 and ECM2 in the under-hood fuse block. If they are popped then you have a shorted harness or component.

Fuel injector fuse is blown, keeps blowing. Engine turns but won't catch and start.

if the injector fuse is blown then the car won`t start as its not getting fuel into the motor to fire.if the fuse keeps blowing then you could have an injector/s that is drawing too much or the injector driver in the ecm may not be any good and needs replacing or a used ecm.it could be a short some where in the wiring for the injector system that is going to ground.

95 Lumina just cut off. It will turn over but wont start. Blows fuse in relay box under the hood while turning it over. Could it be the fuel doing this?

Fuel will not do this. You need to determine which circuit's fuse is blowing and find the fault in that system which may lead to your starting problem. Otherwise, sort out the fuse problem and then start a new course of troubleshooting.

My lumina starts but only stays running for a minute or so before it cuts off and 1 of the fuses keeps blowing under the hood the cover for the fuse box is missing so i dont know what fuse it is

I sounds like it may be your fuel pump fuse or relay blowing, if this happens to be the case, I would go to your local salvage yard and obtain a fuse box cover to see what fuse is blowing, if it is the fuel pump fuse you have a short in the wiring or the pump causing an overdraw of amperage blowing the fuse, you will have to find where the short is, it could be the pump itself or a bare wire going from the fuse box to the pump, if its an ignition fuse you could have a bad coil or igition module that has an internal short, i would first find a cover to see what fuse actually keeps blowing before you can start a better diagnosis of whats going on.....
