Unless in the past 18 years someone installed a universal washer pump
and wired it differently. Fuse #2 should be an 8.25amp circuit breaker
that powers the washer system and wipers. Hope this helps.

Your problem is probably a bad pump, but could also be the relay in the same fuse box. See diagram below. Unfortunately, the relay is not showing up in the maunal, so I don't know if you'll see it there or not. Please let me know if you have questions.
