I need to know the location of my blower relay. Already changed out the blower resistor, that did not remedy the problem (fan will not come on). Yes, I installed it correctly.

The blower relay is for high speed fan only most of the time . Do you know how to test electrical circuits ? It sure cuts down on buying unneeded parts . Here watch this video , this is a Chrysler vehicle . Don't know what you have , doesn't matter . They all work pretty much the same . I suggest you watch a few other trouble shooting videos as well .Is Chrysler Blower Motor Test subscriber requested video This next vehicle is a GM product , this one uses a relay for high blow only . I have no air hot or cold coming out the vents. i removed the blower motor and it spins ok. everything in the panel lights on but no air is coming out. i can hear the ac kicking in and out.

First check fuse 103 in the battery relay box and swap the blower relay with another similar relay, such as the horn relay. If this isn't the problem, you should hot wire the blower motor to the battery to make sure it works. If all of that is good, next check the switch/motor controller. Take the connector off the blower motor and check the voltage in the connector. With the key on, the voltage should be 12 volts with the fan setting on high. You can also use a 12 volt test light for this test. If there is no voltage, replace the switch/controller at the control panel. If you need any instructions or have any questions, please get back to me.

This sound like the blower motor relay(lo relay) is wired in to the head light switch voltage. You need to follow the wire from the blower relay (there should be 4 wires) thats hot when the ignition is on and make sure it goes to the blower motor. It sounds like a couple wires got switched.

I don't know what you mean by temp module but i'am gessing the switch on the dash, but to me it sounds like the resister is bad, i believe its located under the hood on the air box if not than chk. under the dash by the heater motor, i have seen the wires burn that plug into it when they go bad, thats what makes the blower run and also regulates the speeds of the blower motor.

This Sounds Like the Blower MOTOR Itself has Failed, But There Is a Relay Located...
LH Electronics Bay Board (behind Panel) (2 Door)...........Also one other Part is The Resistor.......
FRONT BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR
This vehicle does not use a Front Blower Motor Resistor. The Front Blower Motor speed is regulated by the Front Blower Motor Speed Control which is incorporated into the Front Blower Motor and is not serviced separately.

1993 Buick Grand Sport heater motor does not turn on anymore.

Aside from checking fuse, run a wire from the (+) side of the battery and connect it directly to the motor terminal. This will tell you if the motor is good. Make sure that the motor case has a good ground. If motor is good, check blower relay and resistor block. (likely not the problem but needs to be checked ) Dash controls can go bad but unless the speed switch feels strange, likely it's OK.
If you find that the fuse has blown and after replacing it it blows again, don't put a larger fuse in...the motor is drawing too much and needs replacement in that case.
