Question about 1991 Acura Integra Hatchback
This noise indicates that it could be the emergency brake cable. Check to see if it is loose or possibly broken. It could also be a problem in the primary brake system such as worn shoes or pads if it is rear disk. Try the simpler solution first before investing your time and money into new brakes.
