Question about 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee
There is a short hose on the engine side of the firewall that is a drain for the a/c. If this is plugged it will cause water to leak on the passenger side floor. Use a small screwdriver to unplug the hose.

Well i would say its your heater core that is bad. but check to make sure. also check ac for leaking.
