The brake switch is on backside top of brake pedal. when you are coming to a stop and push the pedal it activates brake lights.

I would first check the bulbs if the bulbs are fine I would be looking at the brake pedal switch , test to see if u have a live , if u have a live at the switch then probable switch faulty. The switch is located by your brake pedal

Turn signal switch. With you foot on the brake have someone stand behind the car. Wiggle the turn signal lever and see if the the brake lights flicker.
