Where is the fuel pump cut off located in a 1992 toyota tercel??

If the vehicle has an inertia fuel pump shut off, details of the location will be in the vehicle handbook.
Some early cars didn't have the inertia switch and the fuel pump relay relied on a connection to the oil pressure warning light or ignition light or similar so if the engine stopped so did the fuel pump.

Most inertia switches are fitted behind the passenger footwell plastic kick panel or visibly in the engine compartment. A few early examples were fitted in the spare wheel well.

It got wrecked and i fix it but it wont start

Did you check for an inertia switch. Most vehicles have an inertia switch installed in the fuel pump circuit that cuts off the fuel pump when involved in an accident.

Where is the inertia switch for a 2007 Toyota Matrix?

I searched my resources under 'inertia' and came up with Safety Belts.
Some people think that their cars have a fuel inertia switch, but it doesn't appear this one has that (unlike a Ford).
Safety Belts In crashes, people need to be retained within the occupant compartment and not be ejected, as to reduce the likelihood of serious injury. Lap and shoulder belts play an important role in this. In effect, they retain you to the occupant compartment so you decelerate with it instead of slamming into hard interior surfaces. But not all belt designs are the same. Some are easier and more comfortable to use . This is important because a comfortable belt is more likely to be used every trip. Choose a vehicle with belts that comfortably fit you and your family, and wear them. All new passenger cars have shoulder belts on inertia reels that allow upper body movement during normal driving but lock during hard braking. Some cars have a second lock, too. You can test this by tugging sharply on a belt. If it locks, it's dual locking. Some vehicles have tensioners that activate in more serious frontal crashes to reduce belt slack which, in turn, reduces the risk of head and chest impacts with hard interior surfaces.
