Puzzle this one thats for sure ,using the machine you weigh the amount of gas that you take out ,now a vehicle like this should have a sticker under the bonnet telling you how much gas it should hold ,Which remember iam in spain so i have never seen this model but i would assume or guess that it should have about 700/750 grms of gas unless it has two units in the cab ?? Now what could have happened here is that the operator didnt turn the valves on at the gas bottle so it still had gas inside the ac machine valve block and the next person turned the valves on to use the machine and emptied your vehicle but as yours was low and with the gas in the valve block hes read that the vehicle had too much gas.Unless someone along the line has gassed up with one of these weekend mechanic can of gas cannisters

Suburban overheating and air conditioner blowing hot

If you have a viscous fan hub have it replaced as it is not working. The problem you have is that the engine is not driving the fan to draw air through the radiator when idling so the engine overheats . When moving the air flow from driving cools the radiator and so the temp goes back down. If you have electric fans have the codes read to find the fault or check why the electric fans are not working.

Why won't the air conditioner blow air?

The very first thing you need to do is to check for fuses or say faulty fuse. Secondly check fan which starts along with air conditioner, it might be manually switched off or the fan may have been clogged. Also reason can be lack of refrigerant - charge your air conditioner with refrigerant. Last thing you need to check is cooling coil - the cooling coil may freeze if there is no refrigerant in the system.

98 Grand Cherokee air conditioner won't blow cold air after recharge

It sounds like your blend door isn’t operating correctly . The blend door simply is a flap that is designed to close off heater core when it’s calling for A/C , and opposite for heat . Check to see if it’s operating

Problem with heating and air conditioning. The driver's side is blowing hot air and the passenger side is blowing cold air

Air Conditioner blows warm air
  1. Air conditioner system is discharged. Have the system evacuated, charged and leak tested by an MVAC certified technician, utilizing approved recovery/recycling equipment. Repair as necessary.
  2. Air conditioner compressor clutch not engaging. Check compressor clutch wiring, electrical connections and compressor clutch, and repair or replace as necessary.

2003 accord air conditioner

This is a common problem when the AC system has a low charge.
If this is the case, you have a leak somewhere. Do not try to fix it yourself without the proper equipment.

Air conditioner

Possible solution for susuns: turns out my problem was an improper freon charge. If your problem is the same as mine your a/c cools very well, but stops blowing air after about 20 minutes. If so, your evaporator core is freezing over and the ice is blocking air flow. Also after parking the truck water will continue to drip from the truck for a long time. To test this theory next time it occurs, switch the selector to vent and the fan to high. You should notice the air flow return within 5-10 minutes or less, however the air will still be quite cold due to the ice formed on the core. If all this fits your situation, take your truck to an experienced technician and have the freon pressures checked. My system needed to be charged a little on the high side to prevent the freezing up.
Hope this helps, capn0623
