Question about 2004 Nissan XTerra
Please check if the engine mountings and the drvies are not wobbling at this speed. You must lift up each wheel and test for noise or wobbling of the bearings. Also assuming that your tyres are new , if not replace the tyres as there could be uneven wearing making this to react at slow speeds. You will need to check on the balance rods, the suspension springs / bushes and silencer mountings for any slackness. this might also produce the sympathetic vibration.
