Question about 1988 BMW 7 Series
I have checked the spark plugs and the gas flow everything seems fine but for whatever reason it floods the spark plug.i think the gas flow system is reversed i am not sure but it enters through the injectors and return from the top where the fuel pressure regulator is.would you please illustrate the gas flow system and could you help me find out the problem and the solution of course.thank so much.
The fuel system is correct the problem could be a simple rubber pipe come off the inlet manifold causing the auto choke to stay on ,this is an ancient vehicle even by spanish standards and on the inlet manifold is a rubber pipe that runs to ignition module for the advance ****** and i think this may have come away from teh manifold where its perished and broke ,have a good look for it because i have had this before on these cars and the black smoke was bad and it just choked its self up
