Question about 1995 Dodge Neon
You need to have the camshaft position sensor replaced.

I tried this solution and still had no luck.
Steve C.
I have the exact same problem with my 95 neon. I also replaced the camshaft sensor, the fuel pump, and some other sensor that can't remember the name of. All with no luck. My next adventure is to tear apart all the wiring in the car for a bad connection or ground. wondering if you have solved the problem and could shorten my efforts.
