Car won't start. Sounds like the engine flooded. Not the starter. Also loses power going uphill and when accelerating.

Check Engine Light flashing when accelerating ,severe engine misfire . Something in the ignition system is breaking down under a load . If the starter engages an spins the engine when you turn the key to start an it doesn't start an run , it has no spark or fuel pressure . If you don't know this or how to diagnose .suggest you take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop . Pull two plug wires off the top of the same coil an crank the engine , if you do not see a spark jump from one coil tower to the other you have an ignition system problem . ignition module or crankshaft position sensor

2003 santa fe that has no acceleration going uphill, no power when pedal is floored, won't shift unless I let my foot off the pedal.

Try unugging the MAF sensor. I don't remember if these will run with it unplugged but it's worth a try. If performance improves then try cleaning it with MAF sensor cleaner. If there is no improvement with the above than I would suspect a plugged cat. I don't remember if this year has one cat or three. If it has one you can drop the exhaust ahead of the cat and drive it. It performance returns its a plugged cat. If it has 3 cats than you will need to remove the upstream O2 sensors and use a back pressure gauge to check exhaust back pssure. You should see less than 3/4 psi at idle Let me know if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you for using FixYa.com!

2010 Nissan Pathfinder Cruise Control issues

First I'll assume you haven't read the owners Manuel, Cruise control is not perfect on any vehicle. if coming to a hill put foot on gas to help rpm, going down hill put foot on brake to keep same speed, cruise control operates off of engine vacuum. Speed sensors can be affected by putting on smaller or bigger tires than what is on drivers door.

Accelaration loss of power

I'd have a fuel pressure test done to be sure, it isn't fuel related again. Takes 5 or 10 minutes so cost should be minimal. The other thing that comes to mind is a plugged exhaust. (catalytic converter) Quite possible on a 10yr.old vehicle.
