The TCM is under passenger side carpet underneath the dashboard, you can pull the carpet up from the most forward point on the car that the carpet is up under the dash.
Let me know how this works out for you.

Just start pulling up the carpet starting from right under the dash, should be right there on the passenger side, just keep lifting up the carpet until you get to it, it is basically under the seat.

Shouldn't need to remove the seat generally

It could still be a leaking windshield and running under the carpet.
Or it could be a door gasket or one of the roof drains is plugged up.
You may need a body shop to check it out.

1991 accord dx stuck in fourth gear, i can shift it in to each gear manualy and it does ok

There is a bad capacitor in the TCM (transmission control module), a very common problem. You can buy a rebuilt unit online or do it yourself if you're skilled with a soldering iron. Don't buy a used one, they are all bad. The TCM is under the carpet in front of the front passenger seat.

My 3rd and 4th gear is not working in my dodge grand caravan please help me

Check the fuses in the engine bay and under the dash on the drivers side. Also common issue would be a corroded wires or a faulty TCM (transmission control module) which is located on the passenger side fender behind the head light. You will see and large wire harness going in to the TCM which is a silver box bolted on the fender.

Inspect the wire harness for corrosion and repair any damages caused by the corrosion. Here is also a link for you to retrieve the DTC code to your Dodge and hopw will help you address the issue your having much easier.

Thank you for using fixya and be safe. http://www.troublecodes.net/chrysler/

yes, usual you will find coins or something lodged in the treaded bar on the seat motor, if not water damage can corrode the bar, check the bar as it goes in and out. ( rate me )

i believe its fuse #19 or 21 for the 4wd but may be under the interior or accessory lights i would check all the fuses 1st with a test light to ensure both ends are getting power and that they are properly seated into position then ...start tracing for power to the switch itself it merely pops out from either side with a small Flathead screwdriver and check for power there as well they are just wires and indicate the bulbs may have burned out indicating also a bad switch but check for power 1st and proper seating of the fuses

if 4 wd is not present it could be either vacuum or cable from under the battery tray or the encoder motor or the wires to the sensor have come rusted or ? corroded broken etc somehow and a visual inspection is necessary to determine the exact cause look up on top of the front drivers side axle housing for open wires etc check all the wires and especially the vacuum lines for wear /// cracks / dryrot / missing or disconnected to begin

2005 Suburban airbag light is on. What do i need to do to fix it?

One thing you can check, and that is to look under the driver and passenger front seats, there should be a few wires and connections, check that these connections are good, sometimes things like bottles etc that have been put on the floor can roll under the seat and disturb the connections or passengers in the rear can accidently kick the installation.
hope this helps
