If there is 12 volts going to the fuse box,it would have to be in the fuse box, remove the fuse box(disconnect the battery)and flip it over, and you will see the problem.

Is there 12 volt I can tap into to fit alarm

12 volt taps are everywhere. One of the easiest places to tap off 12 volts is in the electrical fuse box. Whichever fuse you decide to use, make sure it is a non-critical fuse like the ECM or fuel pump. When you look at the fuse panel, test which side of the fuse has voltage when the vehicle is turned OFF. You don't want an alarm system that only works when the vehicle is turned on!

Turn the key, nothing happens, new battery

check voltage at main fuse box (what car)? and those fuses.
to fix electrical , "nothing" means , bad head lights.
so that very simple system is the most easiest to diagnose.
voltage at the head light fuse, (no) then move back to the engine bay
fuse box for power on all fuses there (large fuses)
at one point you get 12v (HL are hot all the time)
between the last bad point and the good 12v point is the section that is open circuited.
easy huh?

Front blower motor will not work in 1994 f 350 van all fuses are good no power anywhere (at switch, resistor, or blower motor in any position

check the 50 amp fuse in teh engine compartment fuse/realy box. Also check the blower motor relay that the fuse protects.
Alos, check fuse 9, 15 amp in fuse panel in truck.

Test by applying 12 volts to teh orange/red wire at teh blower motor connector. Use a 10 or 12 gauge wire with a 25 or 30 amp fuse in line.

No power to fuel pump car was running fine just quit repalced fuel pump no power to pump, car will start when spraying starting fluid in to intake, is there a fuse ? also replaced ECM, fuel filter,...

Check for 12 volts power at the fuel pump harness. If no power is going to the pump, check the fuel pump relay. Also, check the fuel pump inertia switch. Ford usually has it on either inside left or right rear trunk fenders.

How do I get 12 volts at the factory installed trailer connector

You are correct. There is a fuse in the underhood fuse/relay compartment that powers up the pin. It is one of the larger fuses and should be labeled as "AUX". Also check that the power wire is connected to the AUX bolt terminal. They shipped from the factory disconnected and the cable was zip-tied to something below the fuse box.
