Remote doesn't work

you will need to take it to your deal for a reprogramming or a key cutting guy that has the computer. try the dealer first as they probably won't charge you (if you get a good guy)

Yaris hatchback wont open

The remote may have a bad battery or the system has lost programming, refer to the owner's manual to change the battery in the remote and if that doesn't cure it the dealer must use a special tool to reprogram the system to the remote frequency. This solution is based on the fact that both the remotes don't work, the remote can be bad, this is esp true if it has been dropped.

Key remote doesn't work

you need to check the remote control door lock actuator (rcdlr) but to do that you need a scan tool may need to take it back to the dealer in my opinion and just because the remote buttons work does not mean its synced to the vehicle good luck

I just changed the battery on the alarm fab now it doesn't work? It's installed in a 2001 Toyota Tacoma.

If you mean the key fob, it may need to be re-calibrated to the truck.
Check your owners manual or call the dealer parts dept.
Most models use the driver's door lock to sync the fob and the vehicle.

The remote battery died and after replacing it the remote doesn't work, the red led blinks but the door won't open.

The remote needs to be programmed when the battery get's replaced. You will most likely have to take it to a dealer to have it done.

Fuses got wet

Blow fuse box dry with a hair dryer. Look under dashboard, left bottom. And under hood, just inside right front fender, between battery and fender, is the power distribution center.

How could you have possibly gotten the fuses wet? And the only way it would matter is if it were salt (conductive) water.

A little water in there isn't going to matter, not for long.
