Check the upper control arm and make sure that it is tight at the frame. The bolt can work loose. tighten and use a nut lock glue to prevent return of problem. Spent a lot of time and effort on this one.

Check the sway bar links, the motor mounts & the lower control arms bushings, ball joints , also the steering rack mount bushings. There are bulletins on these problems. Check the struts also they have a tendency to come through the hood. The strut bearings at the top wear out, not so much the bearing but the steel . Hope this will help.

check the drop links they don't like bumps. fitted to the anti roll bar and the strut ( suspension strut ) change both side at same time. to check it is these grab it and pull about if it feels like its moving easy then replace. should be stiff and no movement when pulling. these make a clunking sound when they go.

How are the motor mounts? After all that work, you are down to only a few things it could be. good luck. Look for any bent suspension pieces. Does it have a sway bar up front? Check linkage and bushings on that.

I would have your cv axles inspected. When these are going out it will make a clunking/knocking sound as well.

Clunking in the frount

A clunking sound in the front is very often the CV joints. This should be more obvious in a slow tight turn. If it is not the CV and is more noticeable on rough roads it could be any one if the suspension joints.

Possible broken belt in one of your tires. Move the 2 front tires to the rear, see if the problem follows the tires. Or run your hand around the circumference of the tires to feel for a bulge. Other, more expensive problems could be in the suspension. A-arm bushings, or wheel bearings.
