if they are correct in there diagnoses then yes the dealer would have to reprogram it, dont know why it stoped working , you should ask the dealer why and if i were you tell them your lights dont work and is programing the correct solution, its hard for me to say without checking the problem, good luck,

this will have to do with a small evap leak. check your gas cap and make sure it is being tightened down all the way. you might need to get a replacement. if that is needed, go to a nissan dealer to get it. cheers

The only difference that I know of is the badge names. All of the parts should cross. I would take a mental note or picture with a digital camera and visit a local salvage yard that will allow you in too look for yourself.
