The first thing I would check is the wiring to the oil pressure sending unit. It is most likely located in the oil filter mount or somewhere in that area. Chances are, the small wiring harness may have been bumped loose or cracked recently when the oil was changed. It all looks well with the wiring, consider changing the sending unit. Hope this helps!
