Question about Dodge Grand Caravan
This usually happens because the seals of the window are full of dirt and the window gets stuck in it. Lower the window by hand if necessary (push on it) then clean them: run a screwdriver inside the window channels and take out all the solid gunk out, then move the window up and down a few times, then use an old toothbrush to remove all the remaining dust and finally wash the seals with a powerful detergent. Now the window should move easily and up to the top. If it doesn't do that then the problem is in the window mechanism and for that you must dismantle the door. If you haven't done that before it's better to leave this to a pro, replacing a door trim that you broke when trying to remove it from the door will be more expensive than the bill for the window mechanism.
