Question about 2002 Dodge Caravan
Sounds like one of the lines from the fuel pump is leaking. They come attached to the fuel filter. Replace the fuel filter.

When you say "from inside the gas tank" im guessing you mean from on top of the tank? Either way you have a leak and (by the sounds of it) need to drop the tank to replace the bad line with high pressure hose. As long as you can drop the tank or find the part of the line that's leaking w/o dropping it, its an easy fix as long as you have a small pipe cutter, a knife and a regular screw driver and clamps.
