in the fuse box? just saying on the cover of the fuse box eithr one under the hood or in passenger compartment there is usually a diagram look for wpr/wsh.

Should be a release lever on the underside of the dash to the left of the steering wheel. It should be flush with the panel, so you might have to feel around for it. Hope that helps...!
in 1990 LS400, the amp is only for the sub, its located between the fuel tank and trunk liner. you can reach it by removing the trunk liner which cover the fuel tank right behind the rear seat. hope this helps
