As explained on your other request your filter will need changing, If you require it to be topped up You could buy a DIY can of refrigerant gas and inject it into your cars Aircon system yourself.
It's still recommended that you change the air filter otherwise it will continue to blow HOT air, If you switch for the cold and hot has broke then you can use a voltage machine and see if its getting electric if the switches are failing then look under hood and under drivers seat for the fuse boxes and make sure no fuses have blown they will all have diagrams off what fuse is for what component.
