My 2005 navara d22 zd30 has vibration like driving a ripple strip when the hubs are engaged in2wd.cvs uni joints all ok. Nothing loose....could it be the transfer case chain?

not unless you have it in 4wd
the locking of the front hubs drives the front difff and drive shaft back to the transfer case but that is as far as it goes
if it was a chain , the vibrations would be felt as well with the front hubs unlocked as the chain drives the transfer case and rear drive line
check for the phasing of the drive shaft because if that was removed and not splined back properly that will cause the problem
also while the "U" joints are firm , they may be in fact failed and seized up causing the vibration

Bad vibrate in the whole truck from 50 to 60mph I take the from shaft out & it go away I tryed 2 other shafts & it still there ck all u joints & wheel bearings all good

See where your transfer case front output shaft conects to your front drive shaft. My transfer case front output bearing was going bad on mine. That may or may not be the case for your vehicle but its another thing for you to check out.
Best of luck

Vibration and saund in transfare cass wail draiving

the cage bearings in the input and output shaft in the transfer case are weak and letting slack into the gear to gear drive also slack in the chain itself the tranfer case just needs to be serviced/rebuilt

Vibration

loosen all the engine and trans mounts and the exhasust head pipe pipes from the exh manifolds, then shift the trans from park to reverse a few times and then to nuetral, shut off the engine and see if that helps.

1985 toyota 4runner. alloy rims. vibration felt in seats at 60mph and above. replaced old michelin ltx tires with new khumos. still have same vibration. could this be carrier bearing or u-joint? or could...

most likely the outputbearing on the output shafton the transfer case(rear) that is where i would look first.then iwould check the rear tail shaft spine for movement if in doubt here pump it full of grease with your greasegun and take it for a drive see if is marginally better
also you can see if there is any movement in the unijoints i very much doubt if it would be shocks--try transfer case bearing first...

Dash shakes from vibration 30kph to 65kph.. 1991 chevy silverado 4x4... dif.,driveshaft,u-joints are good, but play in output shaft in transfer case

that could cause the vibration but I have also seen brand new tires out of the blue seperate or through wheel weights and cause dashes to vibrate so I would eliminate that completly from the equation. It wont cost you anything if where you had them installed does lifetime balanceing.
