My ac not blowing cold air

Not blowing cold air would be either the belt could be slipping,or broken .Most likely the pump clutch has failed.also check the aircon relay depending on what car this is the relay would be in the fuse section under bonnet/hood
Good Luck:)

Ac fuse location

Your a.c. fuse should be located either under the hood on the fuse block or inside the car up under the dash on the driver side. Check your a.c. relay also under hood. Remove the relay and switch it with one of the other identical relays in the block. If it works, replace the relay you just switched to the other location.

I had the ac on and all of a sudden the fan stopped and hasn't worked since heat defrost nor ac what could this mean

I have a few ideas that could possibly help.Under the hood there is a box with control fuses inside.Open this and look for a burned fuse. Also check control relays.Check interior fuses. The owner manual will have a description that matches your problem fuse or relay.Write back and let me know if this fixed it.If not I can further assist you with more things to check.

Compressor on 96 dodge caravan will not start even after charging system with freon. does computer have to be reset

check for bad fuse under hood. also check for ac relay issue. also under hood . you will find a power dis. center under the hood. (just like a fuse panel)the system does use pressure switches, but check the fuse and relay first. if you have power and ground at the compressor and it does not engage, then the ac clutch is bad. you can check that at the two wires at ac compressor w/ a test light.

AC/heating fans don't work

The relay center is under the hood, there should be several with the same #'s switch one that you know is working in place of the fan relay, if fans turn on replace relay. It is faster to turn on ac after switching relays for diagnostics as fan should run as long as ac is on...

AC & Fan stop working all the sudden

First, check the fuses for the fan, AC and climate control. Could be just that simple. Otherwise, try swapping out relays with the same type by removing one from another device in your power box under the hood. Be sure you use the exact same numbered relay!
