Question about GMC Envoy
The seatbelt pretensioner's fired if the airbags deployed. You might be
able to unlock the the mechanism by taking the pretensioner off. It isn't a electricla problem, so, disconnected the battery dont solve it.
You need to take the mechanism apart and attempt to deactivate them.
