Make sure you use sand paper to remove any oxidation that has built up between the ICM and/or mounting plate while you got it out.

Yes. will sit under the coil pack's, that's where the spark plug cable hook to coming from the spark plug's, sit on top if engine, easy to get to, remove all three coil pack, two small screw's to each coil pack, disconnect harness to ICM will have about 26 small wires on the connector, connector will have a small bolt, in center of harness connector, unscrew small bolt and harness will come out, revese to install new ICM.
