Question about 1997 Ford Taurus
If both window switches on the
driver's side and passengers side do not work most likely it is the Power
Window Regulator. You will need to
remove the passengers door panel and remove the plastic water shield and check
the voltage at the regulator connection. If it has a voltage when the window
switch is pressed then you can order the regulator at the below link, or if you
can find it cheaper or locally you can purchase it from them.
