Hi! Just a thought on this which always works. If you didnt pass the inspection then the problem will be on the ECM (engine control module) not anything else. The ECM controls the air and fuel mixture so this is the one responsible on the emmission. Once the ECM is replaced you'll be good. Hope this helps and have a good one!
