If the fuel pump relay switch needed to be reset on my 03 Ford Expedition, how would I know?

The fuel relay would be different than the shut off switch. A symptom of the fuel relay would be as you are driving the car randomly stops running and wont start again. The fuel shut off would be if you were in an accident substantial enough to activate it or you ran it out of gas completely.

2005 JAGUAR S TYPE TURNS OVER BUT WONT START AFTER ACCIDENT DOES IT HAVE FUEL CUTOFF SWITCH AND WHERE IS IT LOCATED

You likely tripped the Fuel Shut-Off Inertia Switch.
The inertia switch is located behind the trim on the right-hand
side of the vehicle, forward of the front door post, below the
fascia. Pull open the small panel in the trim to reset the switch.
Resetting the switch
CAUTION !!!:
To avoid the possibility of fire or personal injury, do not
reset the inertia switch if you see or smell fuel.
If no fuel leak is apparent, reset the inertia switch as follows:
Press the button!
If the switch was activated by the accident, you should feel it "click" when you reset it by pushing it.

Happy Motoring!

99 expedition my fuel pump isnt working checked fuses is there a fusuble fink with key on the fuel shutt off switch behind right kick panel has no power to any of the wires?

Power comes from a fuseable link to the pump relay, then to the inertia switch on the dark green and yellow wire. Power from the inertia switch to the pump is on the pink blue or pink black wire.

The fuel shut-off (inertia) switch is after the pump relay. Is the pump relay getting power and a ground signal from the computer ?

2003 ford f250 superduty xl wont start

This could be the Inertia switch is active. There is a reset button on it. Usually this is placed by the front floor kickpad. Since you have access to the internet, type in your vehicle and the word "inertia switch" and you might find a video about resetting your part. Also it will show you some autoparts photos of this part.

Fuel reset switch

unless u had an accident exceeding 3 g's the fuel pump cutoff switch will not trip, u just have a defective fuel pump most lkely, the switch however is located in the cargo area side panel, this is outlined in the owners manual.

1990 F150 5.8 problem is,, no initial timer

Did you check the fuel pump relay connector?, this connector tends to accumulate lot of rust that makes bad connections and can't get the right voltage for closing the switch and the pump won't start. also check the fuel shutt off switch and it's connection.
