This is most likely due to a loose bolt i would inspect the full glove compartment and make sure all bolts are tight and any missing bolts are replaced.

Can I just look in the glove compartment or do I need to take it out? It's a 2003 Honda Accord. If I need to take it out, how would I do that?

You should be able to observe without taking it out, And notice any loose or missing screws by feeling around slowly it might take half an hour but its worth it to stop the annoying rattle which can produce headaches if your driving long distances.

Rattling glove box...noisy when driving. Is there a fix?

You have to find out what is rattling. Is it the glove box door? If so, check the lock mechanism. Some are adjustable. If it is not adjustable then look for a missing rubber stop on the sides. If one is missing a piece of stick on door seal will work if you cannot locate the stop.

there should be adjustment posts on the hood, you could raise those or lower the latching mechanism.

How do I get the glove compartment to stop rattling?

Get it fixed under warranty. My 04 and your 06 have the same glove box. The right hinge was rattling around in mine and they replaced it no problem. Not worth trying to fix yourself :)
