My air conditioner on MY F-150 truck does not blow cold air. It was working in the morning but quit in the afternoon. Could it be a fuse or what?

You need to se if it needs to be re-charged..if it gets low the compressor will shut off as a safety feature so as not to burn out.

Why won't the air conditioner blow air?

The very first thing you need to do is to check for fuses or say faulty fuse. Secondly check fan which starts along with air conditioner, it might be manually switched off or the fan may have been clogged. Also reason can be lack of refrigerant - charge your air conditioner with refrigerant. Last thing you need to check is cooling coil - the cooling coil may freeze if there is no refrigerant in the system.

H3 A/C Problems. New resistor...now what??

I had the same problem. I fix it my self. This is what you look for, is your a/c blower working when you turn the fan on. If a/c light come on but nut the blower fan. Then under passenger dash you will see orange plug. It's held in with 2 screws. Remove 2 screws and pull resistor out. Disconnect orange plug and look at orange plug and the resistor if burn need to replace the resistor and the orange connector. That's your problem. Now if your blower works but no power to a/c switch and you instrument nobles has no lights. Then it's a fuse check #48 and # 57 fuse that controls that Troy

03 Eclpise GT with air conditioner problems

there is a sun load and ambient temperature sensor that needs to be looked at.
there is a switch system connected so that under full throttle,the a/c is disabled to give more power.there is maybe something wrong with the override.
i would check the a/c relay as in the daytime,when hot it seems to fail.get a can of cold spray,and when the car is hot and not working,spray the relay.the cold spray can be bought at an electronics parts wholesale supplier.the temperature of the spray is -60F and it is great for finding thermal problems.

Air conditioner, fuel gauge, and temp gauge all stopped working at the same time

Three possibilities;
All related to blown fuses,

1- Fuse blown in the engine compartment LH.
2- Fuse blown in the cabin forward LH below the dashboard (below your legs left hand).
3- Fuse blown in the harness (wire bundles) below the dashboard very easy to reach with your hands “just look underneath steering wheel ".

U said " The air conditioner blows, but the air is not cold.
" Yes only the fan working which might receiving power independent all from those other mentioned things.
If all fuses OK. Then look for broken wires.
