This sounds like the main relay also known as PGM-FI main relay. Main relay:--Its a fuel pump relay. you should hear the main relay click. If it doesn't click, check terminal seven on the main relay (fuel pump) for power and terminal eight (computer) for ground. If you have no power and you have ground, the main relay is bad.
If the main relay is bad. You will lose fuel pressure. Or you will lose power to the injectors and the fuel pump but you may not lose fuel pressure in some cases because the injectors can't open without power. When the main relay goes bad and there isn't any voltage at the injectors, it will set a code 16 for an injector because the computer doesn't read voltage on the ground side of the injector.
Before you dive in too fast, it's also possible that the car has more than one thing causing a hard start. You could also have a bad ignition switch, a bad igniter or a bad ignition coil. To test for spark, you should first perform a simple spark test, and then you can test the coil itself. Unfortunately to test the igniter itself, you need an automotive oscilloscope, something you won't really need too much in a home shop.
The main relay will give you the same symptoms as a bad coil or a bad igniter. A main relay usually only fails when the weather is really hot. You might have a hard start every now and then, but not enough to really cause you any concern, but when an igniter or a coil fails, the car won't start at all until it cools down. If you've determined that the culprit could be the main relay, just check and replace the main relay.
Thanks. Keep updated for any more query. You can rate this solution and show your appreciation.

If the code says misfire on cylinder -6 then it has to be checked and replaced. The coil may not be giving enough voltage to cylinder -6 to fire.
On the cylinder 6 must be faulty and needs replacement.Check for the 12 volts with meter and replace the coil or the faulty number 6 injector.
Thanks for keeping updated with your query.

You may need to check fuel pressure after the engine warms up and shuts off. Maybe the fuel pump gets hot and stops. Have you checked for spark after it dies?

You may want to replace your crankshaft position sensor. They tend to "open" the circuit when they get heated after they have begun to wear out.

Engine shuts off while car is driving. Still have all electrical. Try to restart car and motor will turn over but not crank. Try to restart car a few hours later and car starts and runs for about 10...

Many times a problem like yours can be traced to a failing fuel pump. When it gets hot it binds and stops, later after it cools off it functions normally 'till it gets hot again. Next time is dies, immediately turn the key off, then to the run position and listen for the pump (humming in tank) if you don't hear it, likely that's the problem. Never buy parts without testing though. A pump alone can set you back over $200.!!!

Sounds like you need a fuel pump. There is an access panel in the floor of the car to get to the pump.

Toyota carina injection 1993 2000cc auto cuts out as soon as I

Does the vehicle restart and die when you put it in gear. If answer is yes then you need a torque converter clutch solenoid (TCC) or a brake light switch. The brake light switch cancels the TCC at a slow down or stop.. If it doesn't cancel it you will stall out. If your vehicle restarts and dies once you put it in gear then its the TCC. If none of these symptons fit your vehicle get back to me .

Primary fuel pump (15 Amp) fuse blown (in cold weather ?)

Primary fuel pump requires replacement. Your secondary fuel pump is used only for starting and WOT situations. This is why your vehicle will start, run, and die.
