2004 Kia Optima runs on only three cylinders

Only need three things to run. Fuel, spark and compression. If you have spark and injector pulse you might want to compression test the suspect cylinder. A leak down test with compressed air with the adjacent spark plug(s) removed wouldn't hurt either to verify no bad head gasket. Good luck

Torque spec optima 2.4L

unimportant.
use 1 hand and just snug it up. not real tight , just a little pressure past the stop.
i never seen a spark plug wiggle loose, since the spark plug wire doesn't allow it to spin

What is the gap for spark plugs on 2004 kia optima 4 cylinder

If you have the 2004 Kia Optima 4-2400 2.4L DOHC engine, the factory recommended spark plug gap should be .044" Hope this helps!

Do u really o take off the back gsket thing to change the spark plugs and wires it a 2004 kia optima

i have a 01 optima v6 and yes i had to take off the back intake manifold and replace the gasket to change the plugs . the front cover comes off to change the other 3 plugs.
