If the battery is not holding its charge this may need a new one
However i would check the fuse's in the fuse box under hood as a simple blown fuse could have stopped all the electrics.

It may be holding slight charge but with being left battery's become defective very quickly, you may need to buy a new one there only cheap and when you get new one car should start fine, I doubt you have done anything electrical that can effect car starting, Its just the battery which it all seems to be occurring from.

I have a 1993 Toyota Celica ST, 1.6. A few days ago my car begun losing power and ended up turning off. I tried starting again after letting it sit and it would make it down the road a few miles before...

To test a altinator the easy way without special tools, start the car, remove the negative battery cable. If it stays running, the altinator is good. I had the same type of problems. It's probably your ignition coil/coils going bad. Try replacing it and cleaning inside distributer cap & rotor.

Battery wont charge

hi check the charging rate at your battery terminals under load [lights on heater on wipers etc] if drops below 13v with these on its to low if you have checked the output of the alternator at the alternator it should read not under 14v and not over 14.5v i think you will find the regulator is in the alternator or on the outside of it but if your readings at the battery are correct test your battery with a voltdrop test or if the batterys flat take the tops off get someone to keep the key in start position and see if the cells are bubbling it only takes one is so replace the battery yates210456
