If the battery is not holding its charge this may need a new one
However i would check the fuse's in the fuse box under hood as a simple blown fuse could have stopped all the electrics.
hi check all fuses there fine, battery is holding a charge, just it went flat as i could afford to run the car, when i went back to it battery flat so took off to charge, wish i hadn't.
It may be holding slight charge but with being left battery's become defective very quickly, you may need to buy a new one there only cheap and when you get new one car should start fine, I doubt you have done anything electrical that can effect car starting, Its just the battery which it all seems to be occurring from.
