The heater hose is not connected to anything in the engine bay in 2001 Daewoo Lanos. It has been removed from something and still has the retaining clip on it. Cant see where it connects

Chances are it was disconnected to bypass the heater core because the heater core was leaking

My A/C is draining into the passenger floor area, under the rug. How can this be fixed 2001 Deawoo Lanos

Hello
Open the hood... on the right side(pasanger side) on the fire wall you will see a short black elbow type hose there is a spring clamp attached to it loosen the clapm remove the hose, Now take a shop vac and put it up to where the hose was removed,, This will clean out the stuff in the housing.. re conect the elbow hose,, should be good to go!

Need to replace heater raidator under dash.anyone done one

The heater "coil" almost always requires removal of the entire dashboard and it's not much fun. You shouldn't even think about it without at least a Chilton's (or other) manual unless you're pretty used to disassembling and reassembling complex components. If it's leaking antifreeze, you can bypass the heater for now (brrrr) by splicing the heater coil's inlet and outlet hoses together. In the engine compartment look for two hoses, same sized, that are leading into your firewall. They'll be right next to each other, usually one above, rather than beside the other. They'll be the only hoses with anti freeze that attach to the firewall. Pull both hoses from the firewall and insert a splice, connecting these hoses. Secure with hose clamps. This will seal the coolant system and bypass the heater. The car will be perfectly safe to drive now until you replace the heater coil.

Probably not.
You may have to remove brackets or belts but I've yet to see one for which one couldn't find a 'work-around.'
No doubt that the engine/transmission assembly was dropped in as a unit, but their service people still have to deal with removals such as yours so considerations such as removing a specific part is normally part of their design process. Just imagine if this had to be done under warranty and Daewoo would have to pay the bill.
