Question about 2006 Chevrolet Equinox
First try moving steering wheel back and forth while moving the key. Make sure it is all the way in park, press brake and push shifter up before trying. If it is a old key may need to get a new one. If it is a new one may need a new lock cylinder. This is not easily replaced by a non experienced individual.
