The fuel pump pressure is bleeding down, this is not supposed to happen, the fuel pump has a check valve built into the out or pressure port, when this check valve ball starts leaking u get air in the lines and need to press the gas to help bleed it out, u will need to replace the fuel pump.

96 crown Victoria wont start had the problem couple weeks ago guy said the idle control was off now I guess doing it again I cleaned it but still wont turn over

When you say it wont turn over that implies that you can not hear the starter turning the engine over. If you can hear the starter cranking the engine over but the engine will not start try holding the gas pedal to the floor. Be prepared for the engine to start and let off the gas. If the engine stalls when you let off the gas try starting again but feather the gas pedal after it starts. It it stays running with the pedal depressed than I would agree that there is an issue with the IAC and it may need to be replaced.

Car starts but when depressing gas pedal stalls

Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome. Your EGR valve may be bad or it may need cleaned. If it is stopped up, it will cause stalling when the gas is pressed. You may also want to check the fuel filter/air filter just in case. Check for any vacuum leaks as well. Being that it is an 90 model, clean the EGR and valve first. If you have a check engine light on, get the codes off of your computer by taking it to Autozone or Advanced.

Have 1991 k1500 that idles rough; slows almost to stall, then speeds up, but eventually stalls, stalls when put into gear.

Does the truck stay running when you depress the gas pedal slightly? If so I would maybe suggest checking the IAC or idle air controller. In some cases they can be cleaned however most cases they need to be replaced. Not sure if this is your problem, but it is a place to start.

Wont hold idle will start with foot depressing gas pedal will run with foot on gas but stalls when foot removed

Check and clean Idle air control valve. Make sure its responding to signal as well. Also make sure ther are no vacuum hoses disconnected. This may not be a "cure" but it's a good place to start.

Stalls when cold does not idle when first stared

IAC solenoid (Idle Air Control) is not working and remains closed .... air is passing thru the main air intake duct , opened by pedal ... and not by the air bleed conduct (must open while main must be closed .. Pedal Depressed.) Check IAC Solenoid and connectors. Replace if need....
