Best Solution
First thing is to check the fuse. If the fuse is good then it is one of 3 things. Either the speed control switch is defective, the blower motor resistor pack is defective, or the blower motor itself if defective. More than likely if the fuse is good the culprit is the Blower Motor Resistor Pack.
