SOURCE: factory speakers sizes

If you go onto the Crutchfield .com web site and click on their link - "outfit my car" it will list your factory speakers. The site will ask for info regarding your particular vehicle: 2 door, 4 door, with bose system, etc. The speaker sizes may be the same for all options. You can find out by clicking on all the options to compare.

Could be your rear wheel speed sensor(s) not super pricey but it is a BMW. I would replace those as your speedometer is electric not cable.
Average price is $270.00 USD I do believe. If that dosnt fix your problem you may need to replace the wiring as it may have been snagged and broken.

NEED TO REPLACE REAR STRUTS HOW DO I GET TO THE STRUT MOUNTS 2001 BMW 740IL

I should not try to answer this as I have never seen the inside of a 2001 740 trunk but..........
I am pretty certain that you will need to pull up the trunk lining and it won't be easy. If you want to do this without damaging the lining, you will probably need to remove other parts, such as the rear deck speakers and likely the rear seat back, to get the lining out.
Or you can just take a box cutter to the lining at the top of the shock tower and glue it back when you are done. Much quicker.
How much do you care about how the inside of the trunk looks? Getting the rear speakers out of a 10-year-old BMW without damaging the speaker grills is tricky as well, and I would be a lot more worried about the appearance of my speaker grills than my shock towers.

2004 bmw 325i how to remove a radiator

I have done my other 3-series cars but not yet my '04 325iT, and the procedure is a bit different depending on whether you have an automatic or manual, and depending on whether you have HID headlights, but this should get you headed in the right direction.
It will be really helpful if you have ramps and can run the front end of the car up on the ramps.
First remove the plastic cowling on top that feeds in the air from the grill to the air box. It is held on by four plastic expansion rivets. Then remove the splash guard from beneath the engine.
Hardest part is draining the water without getting it all over the garage floor. You need only drain the radiator, but you will most likely want to drain the engine as well since you will want to replace the coolant. The engine drain plug is on the exhaust manifold side of the block, inconveniently near near one of the oxygen sensors.
Remove the air filter box and the HID igniter (if you have HIDs).
Now start disconnecting water hoses and electrical connectors and the rest should be apparent. Be glad you have a 325 and not a 330 automatic.
Six years is a little young to need to pull the radiator on a 3-series. I'm guessing that either you bumped the front end, or someone put long-life organic acid coolant in your radiator (that stuff destroys BMW cooling systems). BMW branded coolant is very expensive at the dealer but can be purchased on-line for a bit less.
If your coolant temperature sensor is original, try putting a bit of teflon tape around it because the O ring that seals it has shrunk and hardened. It WILL leak after you disturb it. The O-ring is a metric size that is not available in the US unless you are willing to buy 144 O-rings for $80, so you end up buying a new sensor to get the new O-ring, unless you find another way to seal it.

BMW 325I

I think you are talking about the speaker grille.  Which is the cover for to protect the speaker and not actually the speaker. You would have to remove the door panel to see the speaker, unless trhey are aftermarket speakers.  In which case a stereo shop would have these.  If it is a stock speaker.  Then this is part of the door panel . Try a auto dismantler in your area.
